Any thoughts on PwC private practice???
Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.
What do you think?

Send an email first thing in the morning with your intent to resign. Thank them for the opportunity to learn in the org, provide your reason for leaving (to pursue other opportunities), then put the ball in their court by ending with something like, “let me know how I can best assist with transitioning my responsibilities.”
And assuming you’re in the US, do give a two week notice. No call is needed.
Okay so I would do the opposite...I would do the Zoom call first to tell them, and then formalize it with an email. Interesting that people are suggesting the other way around...second guessing the way I do it haha!

If I were in office, I’d totally suggest walking into your managers office to have the conversation ahead of sending an email. Given that most are hybrid or WFH now, an email first is more common, unless you already have a standing 1:1 meeting on the calendar where you feel comfortable bringing it up at the end.
Send an email.
Send her an email clearly stating your end date. If she wants a Zoom call, let her initiate it.
Send an email with your end date & then see how your boss responds. If you try to discuss it over Zoom, they might try to convince you to stay or prolong the process. If you know it's time to move on, you want to make sure you handle it in a way that won't make it harder on you.
Set up a one on one of possible in person and if not then through zoom with your manager to deliver the news then send an email to the team. At least that's how I would approach it that way it's a bit more personal.
