Finally something to agree on🙏

I've had a hybrid role for the past 4 years where I get unlimited sick days (well 14 really until fmla kicked in), 3 weeks of vacation, 3 personal days. I am also given the week after Xmas off. if my toddlers are sick I can work at home with them. Interviewing w fortune 500 that offers 15 pto days that have to use for sick days too.Strictly in office job 9-5 and dress bus.prof. These bad benefits? Outdated culture?I am a seasoned professional. Seems tough.
PPMD’s selling PMO projects in these trying times
McKinsey & Company I am joining the McKinsey & Company Boston office in late July and searching for housing in the meantime. If I could get some insight on the ratio of days in the office vs work from home that would be super helpful!
If I need to come into the office regularly I will try to find a place close by.

Which compo are you? I thought if you did the active CCC then you have an ADSO. I’m LG, Reserve, and currently in command. Found myself making more as a Project Manager than in logistics. Look into Logistics Manager or Supply Chain Manager roles though.
I'm Compo 1. There is an ADSO but it's only 12 months from the date of graduation; they've also increased how far out you can submit your REFRAD to 24 months so I'd be able to submit my packet as soon as I get to my next unit. I appreciate the suggestions. I'll look into those.
Yes
If you're interested in working for the government there are lots of Civilian Logistics positions at Army or other service Acquisition and Logistics centers.
What do you want to do and where do you want to do it?
Are you going to stay in the reserve component? There are benefits and draw backs.
I'm an Army Civilian Program Manager at the Ground Vehicle System Center.
