I’m a second year student at a T25, and I was wondering whether I should take a Fortune 200 Internship in Finance or take a T2 Consulting Internship in India. I want to ultimately work in MBB/T2 in the US post grad!

How early in someone’s career do you generally identify if a homegrown person is partner material or not? M and up or earlier?

Hi Guys,I joined Cognizant as a BA.One client took interview for RPA Project.I was pretty happy it's a new tech but into the project the onsite BA's r doing all the work n m just creating documentation.I am really frustrated.I picked cognizant of many good offers.They r spoiling my career.What shud I do? I graduated in May 2022 with a Computer Science Degree and a Data Science Minor. I am still in the job market searching for engineering roles in tech. My interests are Software Engineering, Data Science, or Design focus engineering roles. I was hoping to learn some tips and tricks to help me with my search.

How are experienced hires vs recent grads treated at top consulting firms? I understand that each branch of each firm will be different from the other and it depends on the leadership. But have there been any uniform truths that people have noticed?

I have been looking at the curriculums for Harvard Business School's Master of Business Administration and Harvard Extension School's Master's in Management. They both have the same requirements, generally speaking, including a field immersion course that serves as a capstone in the Master's in Management, which is fairly new. If I am not able to gain admission to Harvard Business School, but wanted a similar educational experience to become a consultant, should I attend Harvard Extension?

Just got a job offer but they are only giving me until Monday afternoon to decide. I'm currently in process at several other firms and the recruiter said they can't/won't give extensions.
