I was in a similar position with little to no support. Unfortunately you have to try and do as much you can by yourself. Listening to podcasts and following some good sales influencers. If I could go back I would have gotten an in office role just for the right support and training.
Best of luck!
Something I was able to do that made a huuge difference was make dials with the top performer on my team. I know it sounds cliche, but it helped tremendously. We would go on slack/huddle or zoom and just go back and forth making calls. You can hear each other and give feedback/listen to how they go about their calls. I’m not sure how flexible your schedule is, but if you have someone that wouldn’t mind making calls with you for maybe 10-15 calls a day; it can be extremely helpful. Wish you the best.
I went through the same thing with my current company. Very frustrating. We had a bootcamp that was a total waste of time. I research as much as I can, ask co-workers for company specific things. I've been with my company a year and feel like I'm at least 6 months behind because of the crappy training.
Same same same Manager 1! It's really difficult.
