Maybe this isn’t the right thread but can someone weigh in here? My last role as an analyst was called BA2, I had senior level responsibilities minus the people manager part. Is it right to put senior business analyst on job applications for a sr. BA role?

How do you deal with an HR that ghosts you after 3 interviews that went really well? I landed an offer at Deloitte as a sr. consultant, and then negotiated for a managerial role. I was told all interviewers were really happy with me so she would be glad to arrange a reevaluation for the new role(I was interviewed by 2 Sr. Managers & an MD for Sr. Consultant role and will have to take another round with a partner for the managerial position). Mid level atty in a fast moving case. Earlier this year jrs brought on the team to help lessen work flow. Both partner and I delegate certain tasks, esp when we’re super busy. Hi SpEd Teachers, is anyone else facing EXTREME staff shortages as a result of state funding? We are not able to meet my students' IEP requirements (not even close) due to not enough paraprofessionals and the district flat out refusing to hire more. I've lost 70+ hrs/week of para hours over the past few years and my students are really suffering. This leaves our district open to lawsuits, but the real problem is the state's education budget. What can we do?? This isn't going to fix itself.
