Thanks for the insight!!! Hoping I get an interview. I’m local to the area so location isn’t an issue. I am a bit worried about salary. Hoping they offer teleowork also
I previously worked at Highmark doing Enterprise Strategy work. Salary was $145, $10k sign on, $35k in potential bonus, in 2017. Hope that can be helpful. Good Luck!
What level were you at D1? You moved from Highmark to Deloitte?
I've been staffed there, and I have worked with their readiness and adoption team before.
Pros: It's a good company with a good culture, and the readiness and adoption team is all very solid. Lot's of changes going on, so plenty to keep you busy.
Cons: The salary isn't the best, and the readiness and adoption team is made up of mostly HR folks who have learned to do change rather than former change management consultants. Also, Pittsburgh isn't the most glamorous location, though the cost of living is great.
All-in-all, I'd say it's definitely worth a conversation and serious consideration.
