I’m seeing how it’s rubbing people the wrong way and honestly just making people not like her so much (or want to work with her).

So embarrassed. I literally had one job to do today which was to schedule a client and give and take her paperwork when she came in. Totally called her by the wrong name today AND gave her the wrong paperwork. She was really nice about it but I feel like my boss was disappointed and I'm disappointed in myself. I don't want her to think I won't be able to keep clients straight when I start doing supervised sessions.
