Just to update, I am doing meditation since last 10-15 days only for 15 min daily gradually increasing the time I have started with 2-3 mins ... I can see changes in my mindset and energy.. I am loving it.. 😍😍😍

I'm an RN of 7 years, experience as a coordinator, on committees and do all the things. But now I just don't want to go to work anymore. Ok. I am teaching music in person and when we have a case of COVID in the school, I push into the classroom for 10 days. Are there music websites that are free that I can go to for quick lessons when I’m asked to teach in the classroom. I was told today with 5 minutes to prepare that we had a case, I couldn’t teach in my room and I couldn’t do the ukulele unit I had planned.
