I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

They're 90% performative. When was the last time a client project was that clean / solvable by an out of the box framework.
I get using them for people with little to no consulting or relevant practical experience but they're a bit idiotic for experienced hires.

I know w excel model case interviews, the “client data” is always too clean
My take is that they don’t fully reflect the role.
1) you have answers to questions immediately from the interviewer: real world even getting the information to answer a question is a challenge
2) Data is neatly presented when asked; real world it often doesn’t exist and/or requires a ton of clean up. You have to use proxy’s etc.
3) you don’t have to make slides
4) you don’t have to manage difficult stakeholders
Not sure why you’re being aggressive. Would call out that being disrespectful if just another way to “try to make yourself look right”
And again, that’s not the root question. The question at the end of prompt was “are there more comprehensive ways to test a candidates abilities?”
The answer is yes. And you could test for the above or any other skill set that is niche to your company. You can either incorporate that into a more formal case interview or have that as a separate assessment, to your point.
Also, who said cases have to be 20 minutes or are meant to test problem solving only?
You’re the company hiring. You can structure case interviews to be 90 minutes, have group cases, require modeling, require slide making, etc. I’ve seen all these methods and more used in my career.
It all comes down to getting the necessary data to test future employee performance.
Pretty effective. It’s to test their problem structuring and solving skills
