Curious what anyone thinks about cologne? Is it a turn on? I am not really into it.. but I just got a whiff of this dude at the gym and the cologne did something to me 🥰 It was really subtle. I hear a lot about cash flow with rental properties but would appreciate thoughts on whether breaking even after accounting for mortgage (interest and insurance included) as well as % set aside for repairs, vacancy, etc. is a decent strategy for building a portfolio. Alternative is wait for rates to come down, but that could easily be a few years at this point. If I find a good deal, I can always refinance my mortgage when rates drop and theoretically rental income will have increased by then.

So I’m in my second trimester. Everything has come back normal and great. Anatomy scan went beautifully. Now I’m getting cramps really low in my left side that I would say are like a 6-7 on pain scale and they’re like every few minutes. I don’t think they’re Braxton hicks it feels more like period cramps I’ve experienced before. Anyone else experience this? Is it normal? Can I take something for the pain?

Received my first prenatal massage at 19 weeks today and the therapist was trained and did a bit of myofascial stretching techniques. Never touched my stomach. Just lower back, arms, legs and feet. I have had cramps in my abdominal area since a few hours after the massage. Not sure if it’s cramps or stretching pains. Drinking a ton of water to flush out toxins, but is this pain normal?

Does anyone have a list of the things (food, drink, other OTC meds) that make adderall less effective? Stress is causing a massive flare-up of racing thoughts recently. I feel like it's been at least a week or two since I last was able to completely clear my mind. I’m about a month post FET, and after a positive beta I was feeling all of the classic symptoms (like nausea) from like week 5-6. But, this last week the nausea has significantly subsided (though not completely gone). Has this happened to anyone? We have our first ultrasound in a week - so nervous!

I have about $750K total investments and very close to $2M net worth, but realize that I am behind on investments if I want to do FIRE. Someone I know just finished an executive education program at Wharton that cost $70k… no letters after his name now, just a certificate. These programs seem like the height of grifting to me. or is even a certificate from a top-tier business school really worth that much?

I feel like when I see a top-tier school on a profile and they didn’t get a degree there it feels like they’re being misleading somehow. Am I missing the value of these programs?

I started in big law M&A 8 months ago and I’m super miserable. I don’t love the work or the stress/anxiety that comes with deal work.
