How often have you interviewed to work on one client at an agency and then when you were hired you never touched that fun client or interacted with those CDs? Has happened to me 2/3 last agencies I’ve interviewed with. Bait and switch is such a bad look but should I expect it? It’s been 8 months and I’ve yet to touch the brand I interviewed for.

I have worked in a PM team for 4yrs

> 3yrs were as a Business Analyst & 1 yr as an Associate PM in other company. If in a JD its written 2yrs of PM exp required, then will my application be considered even though I have 4yrs of Product Management team Experience?
