How should I respond to a most petty situation? A Partner who used to mentor and support me, has unconnected from me on LinkedIn. It’s petty, yes. He was a Partner at a Firm where I was not yet anywhere near a Partner. We have both moved to different Firms. We used to be connected but he un-connected (disconnected?). I left under questionable circumstances, and he surely has the Firm’s side but the Firm never bothered to get my side. It bothers me. What should I do / feel?

Hello! I've been struggling the last few weeks because someone on my team has been taking credit for my work. This coworker is really good with buzzwords and getting the attention of upper management. I'm feeling discouraged - what should I do?

Later I found out she had tried for the exec assistant role and they didn’t choose her, they wanted me instead.
