Anyone works at Goodwin? I’ve been interested and applying in the last few weeks, so far, I am intrigued. I’m currently in the LA area, I’m planning to stay but I’m open to relocating either SF or Boston as well. If any can connect to their Recuritment or Talent Acquisition Team or any references, information or connections! Let me know!

Good base. Terrible bonus and stock. Why is the stock so low?
If helpful here’s the ranges for a FAANG type company:
- Manager (~6 years experience): $250-350K TC
- Senior Manager (~8 years exp): $350-450K TC
- Director (~10 years exp): $450K - $600K TC
Even accounting for non-FAANG and assuming you get down leveled to same comp as SM, I’d still expect $350-400K.
Also is offer in SF or Seattle?
Sure I agree with L4 at 4 yrs and L5 at 6 years.
I guess we don't use senior manager / head until L7 and director for L8. In general, Google's titles for more senior positions are a bit lower than other companies.
Pretty darn good. Where is this - location and industry?
HQ is in SF Bay Area but location is remote flexible and I live in SoCal.
I think the base is good but the RSUs are low since they raised base.
If they raised base it means that the base was within their acceptable range. RSU's are where they will be most flexible in negotiating. Ask for more equity.
Ayo wtf lol 10K a year stock is nothing! It should at least be 50K a year given your exp. negotiate and ask for a raise!
Base and bonus are normal for SM level. Stock is low. This looks like a legacy tech offer (eg IBM/Dell) where they give employees miniscule RSU grants.
Speaking from experience this is not IBM..there are no RSU offered at this level and 20% bonus I don’t think so
I would just dream of something like this at IBM... wont ever happen though!
