I second this. I was in this position - was told I’d been making mistakes at my review but failed to tell me my mistakes as I made them so had no idea what they were talking about. Had I been told I would have had a chance to learn from and fix my mistakes. Also - is there another POC associate she’s confusing you with? I wouldn’t be surprised….
A review should not be the first time you learn if an issue with your work. It’s essentially documentation for them to get rid of people without repercussions. Document your communication and update your resume with established successes and get out before they push you out.
I don’t have a place to speak to whether you’re experiencing discrimination, but trust your instincts.

If you are unsure about what work you owe to a particular partner or if you feel like you need more guidance, take initiative and reach out to them proactively. Ask for more specific instructions or request a meeting to go over the work in question
I did apparently it was work I had already handed in within the artificial deadline but on the last day of said artificial deadline so she was being pissy about it.
