I decided to work an hour of OT at my current job as a CSR and I swear that hour just made me want to quit. I got a woman who decided to make my life a living hell and I couldn’t bring myself to hang up on her because it’s recorded. How in the hell do you get through a day after wanting to throw in the towel. I wanted to cry on the phone because she was so rude and relentless about being a pain. Ugh not sure if I’m cut out for this.

I am generally uncomfortable when I’m around my mother-in-law’s husband.

While he is overall a decent guy, his anger issues, yelling at his wife for the slightest issue, and insulting nature makes me uncomfortable and triggers my own anger due to his blatant disrespect for just about everyone around him.

My mother-in-law says he’s worked on things, but it’s been 10 years of this and I’m not sure I want such behavior around my wife and our kids since we’re trying to conceive soon (cont).

A) going back to Italy at a lower salary with less growth opps but better personal life or
B) Switching my job here and hold on

It becomes very overwhelming as the product that I am working on is in a early phase and I am expected to think about ui as well as ux and also design entire app on my own.There is no user interview or user testing happening as my project manager thinks it can be done after product is launched. I grew up with a lot of social anxiety so I can't really believe I'm saying this, but my favorite thing about working at a store is that I have to talk to people every day.
