I didn't realize I was prone to seasickness until after I passed Navy boot camp. Does anyone have advice for this poor sailor on staying un-sick during duty?

Put an earplug in one ear. Also you should never go on an empty stomach but at the same time never overeat because you'll regret it when the ship starts rolling.

helpful

Does an earplug in one ear seriously work?!

I find for me honestly that saltine crackers and ginger ale settle my seasick stomach.

Just make sure you don't eat too much. It takes time to finally get yourself used to the motion of the sea. If you feel that you are about to throw up any time just close your eyes and lie down. It took me almost a year to finally get used to it.

You can be prescribed medication to help with seasickness or just overdose on gingerale

Footage of me currently juggling packing, prepping to move, downsizing, trying to close out old life tasks (off boarding, admin tasks, medical stuff), as well as set up a new lease in another city, onboard, background check, and selling old possessions, etc
*before anyone asks, no, I didnt get enough points to move everything (Biggest option was 2bdrm; I have a 3bedroom 1800sqft place full and a loaded garage) so was forced to downsize and choose the self-move option and just downsize my life* 😊

My temp contract has been extended. I’m relieved to be able to pay the bills, but after giving 70-80 shots a day, I literally dream about giving vaccines almost every night! Struggling to keep positive about finding a new permanent job - I was laid off at the end of April, have applied to over 60 jobs, had 6 interviews, and no offers. I can’t go back to chain retail - it damn near broke me in my 20’s, and it’s much worse now.

1. Number of implementation projects done.
2. Work experience on S4 Hana.

And if I don't have atleast any one of these, I will not be considered.

Is it really that important ?
