I have some 401ks from old employers that I am considering rolling into Betterment, where I already have a roth IRA account. Is this advisable? The challenge is that I am moving out of the US and have no plans to live there again. In that case, is a roth IRA the best move?

I accepted a new offer and put in my notice this week and my company provided a counteroffer. The offer is lower than my new offer but I know it’s the best they can do. Financially I do need the money but I’m also tempted to stay because my current team is so great. What does 401k mean?

Under contract for nearly 1.1M. Wife and I are at HHI $315k. Will go up in the future, $400k in 3 years and $500k possible in 5-7 years.
