I messed up and got yelled at by the sergeant. It’s been a tough week so it took a toll on me emotionally, I straight up told the sergeant to back off. Of course, this did not go down well and I got served a punishment of having to run 20 laps around the camp. I was surprised my punishment was to only run 20 laps. Have you ever got to the point that you yelled at the sergeant and if you did what was your punishment?

Physical punishment is always better than paperwork punishment. Not saying the sergeant was right but understand it only takes a couple of pieces of paper and a couple of signatures to be reduced in grade receive, half pay, etc.

Isn’t that considering hazing now? It was when I was in the Marine Corps. Punishment had to fit the nature of the crime.

PARTNERS: two questions —1. If you see an associate has really low hours for the month, do you imagine them chillen on a beach somewhere or do you consider they probably spent most of their days sitting in front of the computer being “available”? 2.
