I noticed today that my utilization on ToD plunged even though I continue to be staffed? Anyone experience the same?

Can you get fired for having low utilization as a senior? My billable hours this busy season have been much lower than my peers.

Had a fight with my MD or let's say more like argument. After that the next 2 months was endless nitpicking and pulling me for mistakes that aren't really in my control.

Post 3 months, I apply for a transfer. Transfer process delayed for some process reasons
No negatives/issues in my f22 feedback. Utilization above target. Way Above average

What's the deal with PTO, holidays, and utilization?

I am getting married in Decemeber and am on H1B. I wanted to work from India for a couple if weeks to reach my utilization target since its my promo year. Are we allowed to do that? If yes, what is the process? Otherwise i will have to take pto for a month.

I’ll start. Trying to get non local resources utilized. National Leadership thinks this is the answer to our problems but local leadership is hesitant.

I wish admin utilized Tier 1 supports with teachers. Smiles, appreciations and acknowledging ones efforts would do a great deal to boost morale and climate. I just don’t understand what that is so hard to do.

Advice and/or consolation anyone? My wife and I (both above average health 30year olds) were trying for 11 months before getting pregnant and then had a week 5 early miscarriage a few months back. But this is not sufficient  for a 5 year experience Data Engineer. So i resigned on 12 th june 2022. My current CTC is 9 lpa and i asked them 15lpa for retain.
