Apologies for my ignorance but does the Thanksgiving holiday hours still get added to the denominator?

like

Been taking PTO?

What does plunge mean

Util is based on the day you book the hours I think(any1 confirm?) so if you book 4 weeks in advance your util is up 400% and down steadily every week.

It pulls from Staffit I believe

Why would it pull from staffshit? Util is based on actuals. Staffshit is forecast.

Thanksgiving holiday brought me down 1%

Nope. I'm still at a cool 104% lol

No PTO... I was at 92 last week and 90 this week even though I have been staffed since couple of months

Could have been the holiday then. I went from 108% to 107%

Yes holidays still count as a pto day for utilization purposes.

The denominator is 2080 unless you've only been here part of the year.
