Depends on your current salary. Turning down $100K when you’re at $70K is a lot different than turning down $180K at $150K.

Honestly, what’s most important are the skills that you’re learning. If you’re learning at D, then stay to maximize future offers. I had opportunities to leave for ~$30k more TC when I was an analyst/consultant and I’m glad I didn’t because later down the road I’m now leaving for double my Accenture salary.
Honest question - do you think that you were able to double your TC in one jump because you were underpaid all those years?
