I woke up at 3 AM with Sunday scaries despite being off this week. Decided to look back at pictures/quotes I’ve taken screenshots of over the years and have determined I’ve been stagnant in life for a solid 3-4 years. Sure I passed the CPA exam, made senior, then manager, but my satisfaction with my job and life has remained low for that duration. Every year around now I start looking to leave but never do because industry seems boring. Any advice? 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Any good recommended books on how to build a scalable product and team? I got a job offer as a Tax Associate at PwC. I want to negotiate the salary but the HR said he cant just increase my salary since that would be unfair to other associates. The only thing he can do is to ask to compensation team and if the team approve, every in-coming associates would get a salary increase. Is that true?
