If any of you were considering quitting your jobs because you can easily find a new one, don’t. I quit my job late last year so I can focus on developing skills for a higher salary since companies no longer like to train people.

I have completed my course and I’ve been applying jobs in NYC since and haven’t landed anything. I have 8 years experience in the agency and entertainment industries, write cover letters that are true and specific to the job and still nothing.

My psychiatrist today revealed to me that I may have ADHD, still a hypothesis that he is still exploring but from my personal experiences and discussions with therapist, it seems likely.

First time BDR here 3 months into my role and really struggling to book qualified meetings. The BDR that had my territory last was one of the worst performing on the team and since he inherited a new territory he’s been a top performer.
