Hi fishes! I volunteer with The Art of Good, a creative collective helping small businesses affected by the pandemic. They are seeking a little help from a media professional. Need an SEM POV for a small business looking to change their name and relaunch their brand. This is non-paid. I would've had 20 if our old policy was still in place so I make it a point to take 20 at a bare minimum.
I managed to take around 28 days pto (that’s not including company holidays or the week we get at Christmas) - was pretty happy with myself but it definitely pissed a lot of people off
Rising Star
When I worked at an unlimited PTO place I took a minim of 25 days every year.
20 is the goal, but I wouldn’t feel bad about 30 if I was getting the work done
Rising Star
I took 32 days the one time I had it.

Would take a whole week off just to hang around NYC pretending I was a rich trustfund kid. I could definitely live that way.
I ramped up year after year at my last unlimited PTO job. Year 1 was 25, year 2 was 30, and year 3 was 35.
As long as you give people plenty of heads up and you have good relationships with your managers, go crazy.
I took 28 last year; this year, we have way less. I’d take advantage of it if I had the option
I aim to take at least 20 days as well.
I always think of it as 3 solid weeks with the flexibility to take a long weekend or a day off here and there without worry
30.
I usually do a one week vacation. A two week vacation. And 5ish random days off scattered throughout the year.
