My LM is so keen on small small things, not related to coding but documentation and all. Atleast once in a week I'm committing mistakes on small documentation points n he is stressing on same. Are there any chances that my probation will not be extended or is it a clue for me from my LM. He is Looping his LM and asking questions/clarifications.
Should I ask him directly or can be ignored or need to try outside. Please suggest Barclays

Transferring to Hyatt, United, and Southwest are all easy ways to get good value
+1 for United. Redeeming through CSR you may as well get yourself a tootsieroll and a slap bracelet
Ummmmm depends on what you value the most. 160k UR -> KrisFlyer miles and that’s two one way flights from Singapore to Sydney on Singapore Air’s Brand spanking new suites class on their A380. Or 160k -> BA Avios and that’s 40 one way flights on American less than 650 miles or 21 flights up to 1150 miles. Basically you could fly into the Caribbean from US anytime you wanted to years with all that. Or blow it all in one segment, FRA to EZE in Lufthansa first. You’ve got options. What’s it worth it to ya?
Do still have to pay the ridiculous taxes on the airfare when redeeming with BA avios?
I think you can do statement credit but at 1:1 so generally not worth it when you can at worst get 1:1.5 by redeeming for travel credit
So Im a noob too. Let's say I want to buy an airticket with UR points.. Should I buy it using the UR portal or should I transfer points to United and then use miles for buying my tickets ??
A1, gotta do math - it depends since redemption through the portal is a fixed value (1.5 cents / point) while the value you get from United miles varies
Does CSR let you use points to pay off past purchases? Might be worth looking at buying and then using points after the fact as you will get points for the flight and it will be free.
