I’m really good at my job but starting at a mid to senior account manager role has made me feel so out of place. I feel too busy to socialise with the junior members and then always working into account directors so there’s a manager dynamic there which means I don’t want to get too friendly… but there’s no other account manager in my accounts to build that informal go to the pub after work and be friends rapport with it’s very straight laced. Don’t get me wrong it’s nice but dull.

I found one of my coworker's anonymous Twitter accounts, and it has a ton of red flags involving bigotry, sexism, etc. It's a personal account, so should I mention it to HR or not?

I will say this I love working with the students . I love getting to know them . I smile to myself when I go to work . I still feel this way after last week being asked my three different people about doing something where I told them that I was not going to do. following day I was then ambushed by admin (where I have never felt more like nothing.
