Hi fishes! I volunteer with The Art of Good, a creative collective helping small businesses affected by the pandemic. They are seeking a little help from a media professional. Need an SEM POV for a small business looking to change their name and relaunch their brand. This is non-paid. More about giving back while in-between gigs. :) If you can help out or want to learn more, please reach out to me via LinkedIN. Thank you!! www.linkedin.com/in/karenkohn/

At some point you'll need to slow down enough to learn some things, build relationships with clients, see projects through, build a reputation in your agency. Three jobs in ten months looks like you are hopping rather than building a career.
On the other hand, if these places keep offering you jobs, then you’re doing something right. If it feels like a better opportunity and/or more money, then go for it. Though like CSO1 says, at some point you probably need to slow down and try staying somewhere for at least 2+ years.
If it’s a great opportunity take it, but just know the past two places you probably burned a bridge and this next jump should be your final jump until the 2-3 year mark
1-2 years is a good time period to aim for. It’s long enough to establish relationships with both your clients and your peers, learn some stuff from your managers and learn what’s working/not working with the agency process. It’ll all help you as you become more senior.
I hesitate to hire people who jump around too much - it’s too much work to onboard and train people. So yes, for some managers at some levels (not all, don’t attack) it’s a red flag and it will hurt you. Especially if you’re only staying a few months. At least in PR/Comms. Advertising may be different.
