Just curious, how much weight did you lose on Keto
in 30 days, 60 days, 90 days?

60 lbs in 12 weeks. Also about 6 hours of exercise a week.

What type of exercise? I’m getting back to Keto after some time away and not quite experiencing the same energy level while working out

I lost 50 lbs in ~1.5 yrs, 40 of which I lost closer to the 8 month mark

Lost 60 in 4 months and have lost another 20 over the past year

Lost 20 lbs in one month, which was my goal so I stopped there. This was paired with doing cardio/aerobics 3x/week the entire month. Best shape I’ve ever been in in my life, I felt GREAT!

I maintained it for a month (even through a Europe vacation where I ate bread and pasta - I think all the walking and stairs balanced it out!). And then I got super busy traveling for work, studying for the cpa and the holidays - the weight came back some but entirely due to me eating anything that was convenient and not working out anymore. It was definitely my own fault and I’m planning on doing it again soon to reset!

9 months 30 lbs. most of the 30 lbs were lost in the first 3-4 months. I have yet to incorporate working out but this month I started IF with only OMAD. Going to slowly incorporate working out soon. 5’8’’ 210->180

It was an example lol... you can literally do it for any big chain. Even places like McDonalds, Starbucks, or Chipotle have their nutrition facts published. Very helpful when eating keto!

As of late, my work related anxiety has reached new levels and it’s really starting to affect me mentally. 6’0 and weighed in at 220lbs today. All time high and have gained 20lbs since gyms closed in March. When I did workout it was more or less 100% compound lifts. I’m now limited to a few kettlebells but am not even close to as consistent as I was. Any idea on how I can lose this excess 20lbs? I feel like it crept up over night.

On the news, there was a report that "stress" causes negative health effects. Um. OK. Don't people feel "stress" just by being alive? Like, what would be the control group that you could measure the results against? I don't know why, but it always makes me wonder

What's the biggest health myth you've heard that you'd like to bust? Mine is that supplements are always a healthier option than prescription or OTC meds. A lot of the supplements on the shelf contain all types of unnatural ingredients and can still be harmful depending on the dosage.

Any parents who are still on the safe side with Covid? We have a 1 year old and being safe and staying mostly home is really getting to me. Most of our friends have kids who are able to mask up or are vaccinated and it’s getting quite isolating.
