Tata Consultancy Infosys Cognizant Wipro I have completed all the technical and HR rounds and salary discussion, documents submission also done. But all of sudden got mail from hr saying that my profile is kept on hold. Any possibility that I will receive offer letter or it will be in hold forever? Meantime can I attend interview for other positions in hcl?
McKinsey & Company I had a second round of interview with McK 1 week back but no one got back to me yet.
I only received a link to login to McK website where the status my job application shows “In Progress”.
I am not sure whether it takes so much time for McK to respond after the second round. Is anybody aware of this?

I disagree with everyone saying it crosses some moral line. Truth is, most interviewees will be asked different questions. This is no different than looking online for examples. It would be one thing if OP has exact knowledge directly from the interviewer, but if he/she is just sharing their own personal experience, I don’t see anything wrong with that

Look at all these ethical folks.
She’s your friend. If she’s not on your team/department, there’s no problem(s) helping her, especially if she’s one of your close friends.
I actually know of an MD that sent the exact case my friend would get during his interviews beforehand, and it was a position for his own team.
If nepotism is allowed to run rampant, why can’t you do the same for your friend?
Eh it’s not morally correct but connections are the way to get ahead

Screw the moral and ethics . Help your friend . Your friendship will go way longer than your tenure combined at EY
No, help your friend! If we can’t help our friends who can we help?!?!
