My friend has an interview with EY. Is it bad if I let her know the questions I was asked during the process/case study?

I’m curious - let’s say you have a role to fill but they are targeting only female candidates to balance out the team. What recruiting strategies can i implement to meet those needs?

Why is it some companies make you reapply to a role when you’re towards the end of the interview process?

I have cleared technical interview at @EXL and have also given another round of interview with VP.

Q1. How long does the VP round feedback take normally?
Q2. What are the next rounds/discussion to expect if I clear this round?
Q3. What is the level and salary that I should expect for a BI developer role at 6 years experience?

The JD shared during the interview says : Project Role Description : Assists with the data platform blueprint and design and Key responsibilities is a. Not looking for the narrative arc of How I Built This or Masters of Scale. Instead, looking to uncover specific problems faced by companies that tried something new for the first time. What did they not see coming, how did they adapt and measure, etc.

What are your thoughts on this format?

Is it a norm to send a thank you note through your recruiter? I had an iffy interview, and wondering if I bother sending a thank you note. It was very clear that they were trying to do a stress interview so I feel weird saying the usual nice things.

Hi all, I am trying to DCA bi-weekly into Vanguard ETFs, (VO, VTI etc). It seems like Fidelity does not support auto buying of non-Fidelity ETFs. So I was wondering which of these options you think is best?

1. Open a Vanguard Invest account
2. Look for Fidelity ETFs that are similar to Vanguard ETFs
3. Use smaller brokerages like SoFi l, Robinhood etc.

I really do not want to manage nor be active. My goal is to log-in like once every 6 months.

Hello! I’m currently a Administrative assistant now working at a major medical system in Baltimore. I’ve previously worked for 10 years as a medical assistant in a variety of specialties and primary care. Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit stuck as to my next step. Part of me want to go into management, another part is saying go get your RN, and the other is saying go into Social Work. I’m all over the place. Any ideas?
