I’m exhausted from interviewing and caseing 🥵
Accenture - interviewing for Asset Management - Consultant. Coming from industry, made it onto ‘Skills Interview’ website makes it out to be an in-depth resume review. Any additional info on the process. Also, any tips moving forward in interview process, especially given industry - consulting transition. Thanks!

Hi All,
do you have any idea about 3Analytics?
The real battle 😂

I’ve put myself up for L4 promo this cycle. Assuming I get it, what would be the best next steps to optimize for long-term growth/TC?
My understanding is that L5->L6 is extremely painful at Google. It may be easier to leave for a handful of years and gain managerial experience before returning.
L4->L5 is less challenging; however, I’m under the impression I can do this quicker at another company (if I leave after being freshly promo’d) AND get higher TC.

Hmm. Never relocated myself, so I'm at a bit of a loss here. I'd probably start by looking up all the companies that employ bakers and sending a cold email to introduce yourself if there's an email address listed. Once you've got a list of companies and the date gets closer, set notifications to apply whenever a position gets posted. You'll probably have to fly out early if you get an interview request, but I think that's worthwhile if it means you'll have a job waiting for you vs. moving to a new city without having one lined up.
Use social media. I would get on LinkedIn and Instagram and look up restaurants You might want to work at and see if there are employees following and then try to maybe strike up some conversations. Reddit may also be a good choice.
