Took a screenshot of the webpage. And show them the page if they ask.
Huh
I second the screenshot comment. I go to print and then save as a PDF.
Can you ask for more website time?
They refused, unfortunately
Senior recruiter here. Really tough position to be in. It will make the transition process difficult. Firms are skeptical of people who have been fired. They also check if you’re off the website during the interview process.
Maybe craft your narrative about why you left (so it doesn’t seem like you were fired if you weren’t) or if your departure had nothing to do with your work, talk about the changes that happened in the firm eg partner leaving.
It may be best to apply for in-house roles. They are a lot less snobby about associates still being on the website. Consider smaller firms that would be happy to have your experience. Go through people you already know at another firm and get a recommendation rather than applying through the general portal.
