So i recently left my role as a CPO and I’m finding it hard to find senior HR positions, the market seems so up and down right now!

I’m starting to get a little ancy and am worried that not working will affect my mental health… I’m just not used to this! Apart from speaking to head hunters, does anyone have any other tips or leads on sourcing a senior level role?

Hi All - I’m at a firm that has some infrequent in-house training but not enough to help me develop skills to eventually become a trial lawyer. I know cases rarely make it to trial anymore, but I’d like to develop my skills as much as possible to position myself well when they do. When drafting a brief or other submissions for court or arbitration, do you use words such as clearly, erroneously, etc. to emphasize certain points? Our managing partner says that we should, but all of the writing guides for litigators that I've read repeats the mantra "show, don't tell" and explain that most judges dread such words.

Most of know basics of neither Alteryx, Power BI nor Tableau, while everyone in India is expected to know all the three. Most of the times we are expected to work till their afternoon (our Midnight)
