What should my requested salary be for a Senior Intelligence Analyst position with CrowdStrike ? I have a bachelors degree and 5 years of experience as an intelligence analyst. Current salary is 56k in NC, but when I was in DC I was making 86k (big locality change)… which makes me confused on what I should expect for a remote job.
Can any of you help me with any openings?

I would stay until Manager and leave the day after, unless there is an absolutely better opportunity.

Oh my bad, I thought you are getting promoted to manager in July. If it's next year nvm you should try to jump now
I've seen senior 3s leave for manager roles. Just depends on your market, your experience and how well you can sell yourself
If you’re more than a year away from manager and don’t see yourself staying after that, I’d look to leave now. You’ll have to go for another senior role with the expectation you’d get promoted within a year. Just be upfront in your job search. Even if you stayed till the day after your manager promotion at DT and left, other companies are gonna realize you don’t actually have that manager experience just yet.
See that’s what I was thinking too. When I was first promoted to senior, I thought of leaving and did a few interviews and they said the whole “well you only just got promoted so you don’t really have senior experience” thing
If you interview well and have some strong references, you should have no problem getting a manager role at exit. As a second year senior do you direct and review the work of others? Do you set up project plans and manage work against them? Do you make decisions on the scoping/direction of an audit (with higher up approval of course)?
Then you do everything you would do as a manager in industry!! If you can’t sell yourself into a manager role, there is some other problem you need to address.
Life is short. Do what makes you happy.

This is right. I just had an S2 leave for a manager role. If you know you’re leaving now, it also gives you plenty of time to find a new role that would be a good fit.
Just hang tight till June 1st.

Largely depends on what kind of role you're looking for. The market is also hot right now, who knows if it will continue as such a year from now.

Can you not tough it out for two months until you have the manager title and your AIP, then bounce?

@D1 completely agree. Was giving the benefit of doubt 😉
I am a senior 2 and found many manager opportunities
Also try consider taking a sabbatical? It could save you 6 months but the thing is you need to come back for busy season for that last push
