Hexaware -System Analyst at G5
Could anyone suggest me which one to join in terms of
-Growth and opportunities,
- What would be hikes for these annually,
- Work life balance.

Please who knows about the advisory practice within the PwC financial crime unit (Canada Acceleration Centre)? I understand it is a client non-facing advisory role. Would it be a good career decision for someone coming from GRC firms like Kroll, Control Risk or Exiger? I got a call from KPMG HR for the role of Associate consultant in research team, When she asked me about the expected ctc, I think I quoted less than the market standards but since I am underpaid currently so the amount I quoted was 40-45% hike on my fixed. I have experience of 2.9years
Can anybody please suggest if I clear their interviews will they consider increasing CTC from whatever I quoted becase upon searching for ACon roles they pay much higher than what I quoted.

Is Operations paid the least at your respective firms? I was hired to a Client Service Delivery role with a heavy focus on project management. I regularly interface with leadership internally and at the client. But, I am aligned to the “Operations” capability and make the least of my teammates who perform seemingly identical work but are aligned to “Strategy and Consulting.” I worry I’m on a career path to being paid the least wherever I go, because Operations is in my title and background.

Is it worth pursuing a management position coming from being an engineer? What is your opinion on trying to go this route?

After 6 years of temporary contracts and unstable situations, I find my dream job in my dream company. All of a sudden the world goes upside down and I get laid off. I start sending hundreds of applications, with only 2 recruiters getting back to me to say I don’t have experience for the job (this is how it works in Italy). This one is for folks on h1b visa. So at time when you have an offer in hand(not accepted the offer yet and h1b transfer process not yet begun) while you are working with your current employer, do you even speak to your employer about your new offer to see if they make a counter offer?
Is there a risk involved with this approach assuming your current employer doesn't provide you with a counter offer and they ask you to leave immediately (and your h1b visa hasn't been transferred either)

We use Deloitte India for a number of parts of our delivery. Recently I have seen some unethical practices that violate labor laws and do not align with Deloitte principles.
