To AI or not to AI? Although the use of AI is starting to emerge as a preferred resource in the workforce, some schools and universities view AI as plagiarism.

My view is this: if my name is at the bottom of a letter, I'm going to write the letter and not rely on my compooper in the name of efficiency.

What are your thoughts of AI and the benefits or challenges as it relates to OE?

I would assume there are people using AI tools to do their work, or at least part of their work. Besides the ethical considerations, there's probably a good chance the work produced by it isn't very good. I suppose in some fields an AI assistant can speed up some tasks. But in anything that requires human judgment, I'm skeptical that AI can produce anything acceptable.

Agreed! There is still room for error in either case, but at least I can take the blame because the robot will not. Call me old school because if my name is on it, I wrote it.

I have a post-MBA offer with Accenture Strategy and I'm seeking advice on whether I should pursue this offer, or if I should continue to recruit for MBB (which may open more doors/opportunities). I previously worked 4 years at Deloitte Consulting.

Where do people from Accenture Strategy (not Accenture Management Consulting) tend to go? Is it possible to have similar opportunities as MBB firms or do you have to work harder to get MBB-type opportunities?

If you want more from your career, but you can’t stop thinking about how stuck you are, you won’t get more from your career.

Thoughts —> Beliefs —> Actions —> Change

1. Think: what would “a better career” look like? Write it down.

2. Believe you deserve it. Believe it’s yours before you have it.

3. Take action:

- Suggest improvements at work
- Look for new job opportunities

4. The change in you already occurred and the next change will be in your career.

I’m 5 yrs out of college. Any advice?
