Take nice beautifully long shits in a clean bathroom.
Do it for as long and as often as possible. Then tout harassment to your union representative when your colleagues complain about your poor performance and lack of attentiveness... wait, that’s for federal employees.
I got a puppy. I walk him when I have calls. We bro out all day
Yes it's great to have the comfort and flexibility but it is also lonely AF and you lose all motivation
Fap it
Get a good desk.. my posture got fucked up sitting on my couch all day
I hate WFH.
I love WFH - been doing it for years -
Establish a defined work space that ideally doesn't blend into the rest of your home. Helps with boundaries. Set up desk with monitor, keyboard, good headset etc. Take quick breaks to unwind and simultaneously get crap done (laundry, dishes, change linens, prep dinner). If schedule allows, give yourself workout time and definitely get fresh air. I watch the news with my coffee when I first get up but that's it for TV until I log off. For me it's too distracting. Personally I need to have discipline and structure or I won't accomplish much.
I'm with SC2 -- hate WFH.
WTF is WFH?
Stay off fishbowl when you WFH :D
Make an effort to actually have a designated office, or at least a desk with 2 monitors. Helps me stay focused. A little Netflix running in the background always helps. Also take a break to go to the gym during lunch or during slow time!
Love WFH but am extremely unmotivated
WFH is amazing. No distractions and you don’t get face to face with those douchey coworkers 🙌🏼🙌🏼
Bar the lack of human interaction, WFH is great. I find I have more time to live a clean life and I think that helps me to be more efficient at work.
Hate WFM, it's so isolating... IMing your team members is just not the same as face to face conversations, but budget doesn't allow for travel :/
Getup early and wrap up things early morning. Motivated and focused. Workouts in evenings.
Get out of bed! Don’t start the habit of working from your bed. Get up have breakfast and then start working.
I hate WFH, but if you have to do it, set clear boundaries between work and life (separate locations works best), and overcommunicate with management/leadership... the default assumption for WFH seems to be that I’m just derping around if I’m not constantly letting them know what I’m doing. I’m not upset, I swear.
