What a brutal 2-year stretch Sodexo Education has experienced in the West. When you have senior leadership that continues to cut corners to cut costs, you are no longer delivering what was promised to the customers and clients. I'm a 25-year veteran of the company, and the culture change in the past 3 years has been mind-boggling. We used to be the premier provider in K-12, and in 3 short years of bad leadership, we have lost numerous accounts and continue to lose more each week.

Case load= malpractice? Small plaintiff’s firm of 25 attorneys. I was a 2 year associate hired and given 50 active files in pre litigation status. 9 mos later a partner quit and I inherited 45 more. I got up to 105 files. Now I hover at 85 active files in varying stages of pre lit. I asked managing partner for help and was told to settle more claims to lessen my load. Is this what people consider negative work culture?

I've got some friends who work remote jobs, and every day I grow more jealous of them during my one-hour commute.

If there is a case that we have to quarantine again. Do you all think it is possible for store associates to work remotely? If so, what are some ways this could work? I fear another pandemic or outbreak and so many people being out of work again. I can't even fathom those that had jobs in retail that had little to no choice to not be remote.
