I’m 30, should I consider joining S& Middle East as Senior Associate in attempt to make Manager and leave? Is it too exhausting? Will I burn out before I get there? And how long to Manager?

Would it be best for me to accept an offer in Forensics at a much smaller firm (local, 150ish total employees) to gain experience and then try to move to B4 Forensics? Senior engineer making 135k and I was offered a promotion to engineering manager after completing a development plan. Near the end of the plan and I expect compensation talks to start soon. Any tips on how to improve lining thickness? My RE had me on Estrace for a week before starting Prometrium (vaginally) a few days ago, but my lining is only a little above 5mm. Has anyone switched labs for better lab quality/embryologist experience? Wondering if there is a significant difference between labs. We got poor results at our current clinic and, happens that our clinic is rated lower on SART website. Wondering if the lab quality is the reason or if the clinic handles complicated cases that lead to lower outcomes. Overall, unsure if we should switch clinics or just try again at the current one. I’ve started a new job and though they have a community, it has been stagnant for a long time. Would you face the change directly with a “we’re back!” style post, or just increase the activity without acknowledging the absence?

I was rejected from a job because I don’t have a big online presence. Why does work have to be my hobby, too? Is this normal?
