I have so many, but I think that I would ask for dermatology coverage. Facials and skincare procedures can get pricey so it would be great to have the covered.
Full remote work, more of a perk than a benefit.
Weight loss drugs, really? I wouldn’t have thought that would be the answer but I guess it does make since. I suppose I wouldn’t mind if my insurance covered weight loss drugs, assuming they actually worked.
They work!!
Weight loss drugs? Where can we read an article about this? Not that I don't believe you. I would just like to read the stats on this because I can't believe that all of the things this is what people are asking for. I have heard horrible things about weight loss drugs

The reporting I am seeing from our RX partner shows weight loss meds are a top 10 RX class for my plan. Has been for a few years now. And with Ozempic becoming flavor of the month via Social Media influencers (thanks a lot for that too…) we are seeing a spike in those RX fills. Sadly, we are also seeing supply issues from the manufacturer on Ozempic as they cannot keep up with demand. This is making it very difficult for diabetics who need the medication to survive to get it. While alternatives exist…that takes time and coordination with their physician to line that up.
If I am 50 years old and working in a company I wouldn't be asking for such benefits. I just wanted the link of the article so I can read this for myself. That is just ridiculous to be honest.
Why ridiculous?
Eh, there are medications not as hyped that have effectively been used to weight loss and don't cost as much.
I've lost a lot of weight ..my ask would be a focus year benefit where I get a scrub allowance..so I don't have to wear over sized scrubs as I lose weight or feel guilty spending another 2-300 on scubs I won't fit in in another month or two.
I would like profit sharing my company brags about being a fortune 500 company but does nothing for its employees our bonuses for the year dont even add up to $1,000 and when the pandemic started they raised the sign on bonus to $3,000 with a $750 attendence bonus but the ppl who stayed get nothing
