Doesn’t really matter. All levels are equally stressful if you don’t draw boundaries. I’d say despite being busy, being a younger parent is preferable. The health reasons alone makes it worthwhile. There’s also no merit in being too young (early 20s) because then the maturity level isn’t quite there and you don’t want to bring another life into the world if you’re not ready for the responsibility
Agree with ZS- all levels are stressful. People do not respect boundaries, making it very difficult at any level to be a parent in this industry. I can see a case where partners might have more flexibility, but can confirm at a junior level it’s brutal
Agree with ZS1, one thing I’ll add is that there’s a risk in waiting, too. Conceiving may take some time and be even harder when you (and/or your partner) are older.
I can say low to mid thirties is a sweetspot
