Wife and I are expecting - she currently has her own insurance through her current employer. She is planning to quit soon to be a SAHM to our first born and the one on the way. I’m on the EY HDHP with our oldest - will likely switch to a higher level of coverage when my wife quits and joins my plan (qualifying life event). I also know that I was one of the very first candidates to interview for this specific role, and there are atleast 2 more people scheduled for onsites. I do sales for a major engineering firm. Focused on new business and exploring new markets. Last year I was in the top 50% for order intake, and first in number of projects won along with number of new customers. I think this is extraordinary given the effort it takes to win new business.
