Absolutely. Therapy has helped a lot and journaling to take notes of my successes and strategies for improvement. I try not to linger on the bad moments which is hard but it’s like working out, takes reps.
I always get nervous when things seem to be going too well, because I’ve been conditioned for the other shoe to drop at precisely that moment, with no warning. As much as I try to avoid seeing the good times as a trigger, it still gets to me.
