Hi guys ,
I am in a US project in Accenture. We have long calls in the night timings. My other teammate has backed out saying she won't attend any calls as she got some medical condition so she won't attend long calls which extend till 9:30.Other teammate is a junior. The managers are expecting me to join all the calls. No help I am getting. And they all being Tamil, I think some partiality is going on between them.Even our onsite lead is of no use.She expects me to attend long calls.
What should I do .pls suggest?

I think this would be extremely prudent of you. I did something similar when I was in a situation with a toxic manager.
A way to phrase it that would be helpful so you don't get a bunch of criticisms might be "I'm trying to find some efficiencies in the process, so I wanted to ask you about what you feel worked most and what didn't work for you". Then it's about process, not personality.
It's also a way to demonstrate to management that you're proactive in trying to problem solve and find ways to improve without the need for direction (even though your manager should be giving you direction).
This is a great proactive move. I'd also request a 30/60/90 review from someone senior in your department. You might be reporting to someone new soon, and it's best to have a track record of good work.
