How did you get started in your career as an FA? I work in the home office and have been an assistant to an FA before. I have a network, I have ambition, I have credibility and connections at my firm..

Would this be a bad time to switch positions for the purposes of career progression and higher compensation? My current position seems stable but no room for growth and also a disorganized mess, not a very mature legal department. On one hand I’m the only that knows what they’re doing on the other hand i would like to go somewhere where I can learn more how a mature legal department should operate within a legally savvy business. But seems like a risky move in this economic climate?

It feels like my pay and title are lower than my scope of duties. I manage Youtube channels and do all strategy, planning, talent management, rework content for socials, reporting, graphic design, + a bunch of other stuff. Do you think I should be something like Video Content Manager? A Strategist maybe? My company doesn't have career pathing & I think they'd be happy to keep giving me more work with the same pay. Working in disputes and valuation role but want to go into management consulting next year (post MBA role). Hi All, I have an urgent query regarding TCS BGC process. My issue is that I have worked in X, Y and Z companies.
In X company I worked for 26months but my pf account is there for last 13months, before that my salary was very low so sometimes I got salary in hand or in pay cheque. I do have salary account statement for most of the months except 3-4 months in between my tenure. Will I face any issue for this?
