What base salary/ total comp to expect for a Sr PM in Toronto in today’s market?

I’m getting scheduled for final interview loop next week with this company and planning to negotiate if an offer is extended from them. In two interviews the interviewer asks me about one topic which I know theoretically and some practical. I directly said to the interviewer that I am not an expert in that, but if I get my hands on it then I can learn in one day.

529 Plan VERSUS Prepaid

We live in Florida and currently have a Freshman in High School and a 16 month old. We hear from our friends and family with college bound children "I wish we would have done Florida PrePaid." Does adhd cause you to struggle with job performance or satisfaction? I’ve been having a hard time focusing on tasks for long periods of time and have lost interest in my job. It’s discouraging because I’m just a junior and worried that it means I’m not suited to be a cw.

I am mainly working with shops in the States as a non-native speaker and I am constantly worried about my ability to communicate (in any professional occasion but mostly in meetings). I am working with some of the best shops and this makes the situation worse considering that I am largely surrounded by an extremely competent group of folks that are super good at any form of communication. How do you feel as a native speaker when you meet non-natives? Should they be worried, or, they doing ok?

I’ve always been comfortable concepting and writing. But when it comes to nitty gritty logistical stuff, I struggle. Like the discussions about aspect ratios, social post timelines, and the nuances of Facebook collection ads.
