KPMG Information Managed Security Service (IMSS) group - does anybody have any insight on this group and what the senior associate comp looks like? I’m not seeing anything on Glassdoor, etc.

Hello 🐟 - qq for you all. I’m currently in tax and just got promoted to senior associate. I currently make $84K and am working on a XLOS project with an advisory team. Once my project concludes I was going to make a case to switch over to advisory and let my current partner know. I’ve spoken with the advisory partner and he told me he is on board but that I should wait until the pandemic is over since they are on a hiring freeze. Does anyone know what my new salary would be if I switched over?

What is salary for senior associate at EY Parthenon in NYC?

Have an offer for associate at McK as an experienced hire which I am grateful for, but bonus seems off from quoted norm. Details are 165k base, 30k sign-on, 7.5% retirement, but bonus is 15k annualized. Offer letter says this is rated at strong for first year and then will be re-evaluated. Is this a normal associate variable comp amount? Offer is in Ops service line if that matters.

What do Associate packages at Goldman in Dallas look like? Base? Salary? Sign on bonus?

Is there a general standard of rule of thumb for associate comp outside of biglaw’s fixed scale? E.g., x% of expected billings, or y% of a contingency fee goes to associate bonuses? How do things work at your small-law firm?

Our summer associate program is completely virtual and shortened to 1.5 months. They are getting paid full salary and guaranteed offers (for doing nothing basically). Meanwhile I know at least one associate was stealthily laid off, and the firm told us they won’t be reimbursing virtual lunches or coffees etc. and no promise of bonuses (I’ve still been billing close to 200 a month). i know they’re trying to save face and it really irritates me. Just venting...
