I have an offer for a Series C, BD Manager, comp is $140k salary, $13k equity

I have 3 YOE. Is this is a good exit? I do like the startup a lot.

Is it true that EY/ EYP bonus pay is only 10% at manager level ? If so, is that what is typically awarded or the max limit for top performers ?

Is it reasonable to ask for a 25% raise when getting promotion to manager? That will take me to the salary I want to be at and get me to stay. I am a high performer (best rating every year) and there has been a lot of turnover here. What info should I come prepared with to support my point? (I.e market research)
