Got an offer from Booz Allen as a SC full stack dev - mid tier, for 100k + 10k sign on bonus. Currently an analyst at Deloitte and up for promotion this year to consultant. Also have a secret clearance. What would you do?

I got an offer to work as a senior consultant (accounting advisory) at CrossCountry for 95k. As an S1 audit in B4, I’m not sure if it’s the right move because I’m unsure of what I’m looking for. It’s remote (for now) based in the Bay Area. I’m in Philly now. They said they’d consider remote work permanently though. Otherwise, I wouldn’t consider living there for that salary. Just got offered SC M&A analytics at Deloitte for 40% bump and promotion, 1.5 YOE. Currently in the assurance practice at another Big4, and they are tentatively considering me for switch to advisory at the end of year review, but no promises ofc. Is it a bad move to hop after requesting to switch? I don’t think the comp will even come close, even if the switch did happen.

Interviewed at Amazon for L6 but they are offering L5. Currently a SC at Deloitte and have 7 YOE plus Master’s. Yet to receive comp details but the recruiter said it will be around 125k TC and there is little room to negotiate. Should I even consider this offer? it is a big downgrade?
