Have a screener for a non-FAANG public tech company as a senior employment counsel (2014 grad). Currently live in LA making 80% market at a firm. Any advice for an upper limit of total compensation if asked?

Senior Manager, Health Policy position at Centene Salary?

Currently working in-house for public company out of Dallas worth about $4 billion. I graduated 2013 and have been with company almost 7 years. Both senior attorneys I work with are retiring and I will be getting a promotion to VP soon to replace them and will be the head of real estate legal. My promotion comes with a raise, but we have not started those discussions yet. What range should I be looking at? Is $200,000/year, plus 15% bonus and 15% stock too much? Too little?

I've been offered a position Data Engineer at Maersk. Its not a Lead \ Senior Role. I have total YOE of 7 yrs 9 Months. By the time I join Maersk I will be 8 years and I'm a Tech lead in Infosys . Since I was working in MSBI and SQL this will a good change for my career. plus the monetary compensation is double.
Should I accept this offer ? What's your opinion.?

Looking for inputs, I had interviews with Deloitte and I had a recruiter who is a contractor. He gave me a verbal offer over the phone and said feedback was great and they want to move forward with me. The base is not changing much for me. I am Senior Managing Consultant at IBM.

Never saw IBM giving 10% bonus for last 10 years anyway. But heard Accenture gives 15K roughly to SM.

Tried to negotiate but Accenture is not willing to change base. They added 10K in RSU and Joining to make 40 each.
