What’s your take on the FRM and CFA? Do the associations provide any noteworthy networking/sales opportunities? Does it help with recognition for promotions or acquiring clients? Are there any other titles worth mentioning?

My previous company I was working for a client where ppl frm Diff service based companies work together. Everyone have dedication towards work as the role was good.

Now the problem is with the current cmpny guys don't care about the work and the role isn't that challenging and don't see people take seriously abt work like loging quite late while the role requires to be in shift at right time.
Hard to mingle.

What’s the minimum yearly hike in FRM practice of KPMG at consultant level?

FRM Financial Risk Management. How valuable is the certificate? Does it worth it?

During 2016, I was selected for wipro as a fresher undergone training, but I did not clear the training exams, so wipro terminated me.During tht time I created NSR profile, after tht I joined another MNC as fresher. I never mentioned wipro exp as previous exp anywhere. Now recently I got a offer frm wipro. here also I did not tell that I was earlier termined by wipro.If wipro asks me to provide NSR details during my joining, does NSR have my previous exp in their db? Does it affect my joining with wipro?

I am about to join company A tommo but I was supposed to receive offer letter frm company B today wich i wanted to join based on my research n feedback . HR of company b said it needs approval and they haven't got it from higher management, if they get I'll get offer in few mins after approval.
I'm in Dilemma. Should I join n abscond if I get offer else I can continue. There are few cushions of offer from company c for November. But I don't want to lose B and Company C is unaware.

Do Accenture really have a proper recruitment process? had interview with Accenture yesterday. the person who interviewed me didn't ask for questions. No qsns frm basics r any process related, i have 5 years of exp in SAP SD, I am in to support and i clearly mentioned in my resume. that dumb keep on asking have I done any developments or any implementation experience.. i explained the tickets we get in our project he don't even care to listen to me. The call was completed in just 20 mins

One of my friend who is a doctor & is an international med graduate. He passed his United States Medical Licensing Exams with above average scores. He has applied fr the match last yr & was nt able to match. Match process costs around USD10k; this year he is applying again after borrowing funds frm different sources bt he is under tremendous pressure to get match. I feel his pain as he has studied for 10+ yrs and is struggling to match nw. I m nt sure hw I can help

e.g IT person has 8 YoE then ideally that person should hv approx 16 LPA??
