Alvarez & Marsal Hello, just wanted to check if anyone who got an offer/working at A&M can give some insights into the compensation for entry level associates in SEAA office (specifically SG) under performance improvement (PEPI/CPI)?
Currently interviewing for the associate role, but I can't really find much info on A&M SEAA. Would like to know if anyone can give a rough range for any of these variables: base salary, sign-on (if any), bonus (utilization, billing rate, max billable hours). Thanks!Alvarez & Marsal

1. What does pipeline look like? Nervous about bonus at all given high dependency on utilization/collections?
2. How’s WLB? Are you guys pulling 60+ hour weeks constantly? What’s average hours/week
3. Do you guys do lay offs? Have heard much less than B4, is this true?
